Why the price architecture matters.
Condiments and preserves cluster hard between £4.80 and £5.85. Oils are £5.85. T-shirts are all £26. Mugs are all £26. Soft toys are all £19. Bundles run at a consistent ten to fifteen per cent below the sum of their parts.
None of that is an accident. A disciplined price architecture means a customer never has to work out whether a thing is good value relative to the thing next to it — they are all priced the same, so the only question left is whether you want it. That is a much easier question, and it is the one we would rather you were asking.

What people actually ask.
The two questions this page gets most, answered without a support ticket.
Almost always, and it is usually cheaper because there is no courier in the middle. The queue, however, is real.
Where the planning condition applies it is, and we name the maker on the page. Where a line is made further afield — some of the clothing, some of the homeware — we say so rather than fudging it.
