Everything on it is made here or within sixteen miles of here, which is a planning condition rather than a slogan. If a thing on this shelf could be made more cheaply somewhere else, it almost certainly is being — just not by us, and not for sale in this shop.

Two to five working days by tracked courier, and free over forty pounds. Perishables leave on a Monday or a Tuesday so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend.
Photograph it, tell us within fourteen days, and we replace or refund it. We do not ask you to send a broken jar back across the country to prove it was broken.
