Thirty days on anything non-food that arrives unused and in a resaleable state. Food and drink cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty, which is a food safety requirement rather than a preference.
Tell us and we replace it. No form, no photographs required unless a photograph would help explain what happened.
Same. We send the right thing and collect the wrong one, and you do not pay postage either way.
Thirty days, non-food only, and you cover the return postage. That is the standard position and we are not going to dress it up.
To the original payment method, within fourteen days of us receiving the item back.
Nothing here reduces them. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and no term on this page attempts to sit over that.
