Freshly pressed British apples, never concentrate. Gold at the World Cider Awards in 2025. Also the subject of the 2023 batch that over-fermented, which we recalled while saying, publicly and in writing, that we had completely cocked it up.
Brewed at College Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water, by The Cotswold Brewing Company. The barley for the lagers is grown on Diddly Squat; the apples for the cider are British and freshly pressed, never from concentrate.
