What it actually is.
The one that started it. Brewed with barley grown on this farm, lagered properly rather than hurried, and good enough that the World Beer Awards gave it gold and named it England’s best lager in its category.
Brewed at College Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water, by The Cotswold Brewing Company. The barley for the lagers is grown on Diddly Squat; the apples for the cider are British and freshly pressed, never from concentrate.
