Three platforms in three months.
Web, iOS and Android, plus payments, payouts, messaging, mapping, natural-language search, a community layer and a B2B trading marketplace — from incorporation on 26 February 2026 to launch in May, at a headcount of one to ten, with nobody on the team writing code by hand.
Prior estimates in this programme put a lean platform build at £350,000 to £600,000 over three to nine months, and a fully-resourced build at £1.5 million or more. Those numbers were built on a pre-AI-agent staffing assumption and they are now obsolete. The binding constraint on a build like this is no longer engineering cost. It is demand generation, trust and liability, and operational headcount.

What people actually ask.
The two questions this page gets most, answered without a support ticket.
No. Only Farmers Limited was founded by Lisa Hogan — Lisa Bentinck on the register — and her son Wolfe Bentinck. Clarkson is billed on it as an aspiring farmer, which is a promotional role, not a directorship.
Seven point one per cent on confirmed bookings, and the first three hundred pounds a farm earns is free. Guests pay a two and a half per cent service fee on top.
