What we ask of a stockist.
Nothing unreasonable, and nothing that would embarrass either of us. Display the range together rather than scattered. Do not discount below the recommended retail unless the date is genuinely close. And if a customer asks where a thing came from, be able to answer, because that is the entire proposition.
Open a trade account.
Tell us about your shop and somebody will come back to you within a couple of working days. Genuinely a couple of days, not the usual fortnight.
What people actually ask.
The two questions this page gets most, answered without a support ticket.
Photograph it, tell us within fourteen days, and we replace or refund it. We do not ask you to send a broken jar back across the country to prove it was broken.
Almost always, and it is usually cheaper because there is no courier in the middle. The queue, however, is real.
This is an unofficial build. Nothing on it is licensed, endorsed or authorised by anybody it describes.
