Four tiers, side by side.

The honest bit

If you buy anything here more than about twice a year, Ploughing On pays for itself on the discount alone. If you do not, stay on Loitering — it is free, it is not crippled, and we would genuinely rather have you on it than have you cancel something in three months.

Being realistic

A note on subscription saturation.

Both Calm and Headspace lost paying subscribers year on year. The generic consumer subscription is saturating at the top of the market, and anybody launching one in 2026 on the assumption that people will simply add another monthly charge is not paying attention.

Which is why the free tier here is real, the paid tiers are anchored to concrete commercial value rather than to content alone, and the top tier includes a physical thing — a plot — rather than more access to a video library.

Start free.

And move up only if the arithmetic actually works for you.

Wondering

What people actually ask.

The two questions this page gets most, answered without a support ticket.

It gets you the booking window early. It does not get you a table that does not exist, because the room is the size it is.

Loitering gets you the chapter archive, the cameras and first sight of every drop. It costs nothing and it always will.

Snooping, briefly.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your basket upright and to work out which pages people actually read. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, because that would be a rotten way to behave.
