The name change that hid all this.
For a long time, none of this was visible to anybody searching for it — because Lisa Hogan appears on the Companies House register under her married name, Lisa Bentinck.
Any search on "Hogan" misses her entirely. That single fact is why an entire venture, incorporated in February and launched in May with 1,300 farms on it, went unnoticed across ten volumes of research that were specifically looking for exactly this.
It is a small, dull, methodological point, and it is worth stating plainly because it is the kind of error that is invisible until somebody points at it.
