Brewed at College Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water, by The Cotswold Brewing Company. The barley for the lagers is grown on Diddly Squat; the apples for the cider are British and freshly pressed, never from concentrate.

The lager and the pils are brewed with barley grown here. The cider is pressed from British apples, never concentrate. The spirits use British grain but not exclusively our own, and we say which is which on each page.
