A gin from a brewery, which ought not to work and does. Seventy centilitres of something considerably more considered than the label suggests.
Brewed at College Farm, Bourton-on-the-Water, by The Cotswold Brewing Company. The barley for the lagers is grown on Diddly Squat; the apples for the cider are British and freshly pressed, never from concentrate.
