What happens when a booking falls through.
The platform sets a minimum standard, farmers choose a tier above it, and a farmer cancellation always means a full guest refund.

The bit that is not published.
Payout timing — how long a farmer waits for their money after a completed booking — sits in the Farmer Onboarding Agreement, which is not publicly retrievable.
For a small farm running on tight cashflow, payout timing matters at least as much as the commission rate. It is one of two genuinely important numbers that require going through host signup to obtain, the other being the minimum public liability cover the platform demands.

What people actually ask.
The two questions this page gets most, answered without a support ticket.
No. Only Farmers Limited was founded by Lisa Hogan — Lisa Bentinck on the register — and her son Wolfe Bentinck. Clarkson is billed on it as an aspiring farmer, which is a promotional role, not a directorship.
Seven point one per cent on confirmed bookings, and the first three hundred pounds a farm earns is free. Guests pay a two and a half per cent service fee on top.
