Tables release on the first of each month for the whole of the following month, online only. They go within hours, and the Sunday roasts within minutes. The bar, the garden, the Tent and the Farmer’s Puppy are all walk-in every day.
Because eighty covers and a national audience would mean one person doing nothing but disappointing callers, all day, for ever. It would not create a single extra seat.
£35 per head, for a no-show or a cancellation inside twenty-four hours. Given how many people wanted that table, we make no apology for it.
To the pub, yes — bar and outdoors, on a lead. To the farm shop, outdoors only. Just a dog, though, not nine St Bernards.
Because everything served there is British, without exception. There is also no coffee, no black pepper and no avocado, for the same reason.

No, emphatically. It is a fixed-price forward purchase of produce delivered in kind. There is no cash return, no profit share and no secondary market, and the reasons are set out at length on its own page.
Substitute produce of equivalent value, or a partial refund. You choose which at the point of purchase, before you pay.
