This category carries more weight than the others
Hunting involves licensing requirements, seasonal restrictions and a legal profile that a farm walk does not. No firearms, hunting or fishing licence requirement appears anywhere in the platform’s published document set, despite this being a live category. That is the sharpest compliance gap we could identify and we would rather say so here.

Seven point one per cent on confirmed bookings, and the first three hundred pounds a farm earns is free. Guests pay a two and a half per cent service fee on top.
Documents first — public liability, gas safety, food hygiene, alcohol and animal exhibition licences where they apply — then identity, then a cross-check against public registers. Without them a listing does not publish.
