Surveying

What one member is holding, right now.

Placeholder data on a real structure. Swapping in a member record means replacing the arrays, not the layout, which is the whole point of building it this way round.

This is a demonstration build. It takes no payment, holds no member records, and every figure on this screen is illustrative.

Why this is the hardest page on the estate.

Everything else here is a page. This is a query. It has to ask the farm shop what you bought, the brewery what you drank, the pub what you booked, the plotting ledger what is growing and the bonded warehouse what is maturing — and then present six answers from five systems as though they had always been one thing.

None of those systems was built to be asked. The shop runs on one platform, Hawkstone on another, the pub on a booking system that predates both, and the cask record on a spreadsheet that a bonded warehouse emails once a quarter. There is no shared customer identifier anywhere in that estate, which means the first job is not a dashboard at all. It is deciding that the person buying a case of lager and the person who queued for jam in April are the same person.

We do that on email address, then on a confirmed phone number, then on a card fingerprint, in that order, and we show you every match we made on Your Data so you can tell us when we have got it wrong. We have got it wrong. Twice, that we know of.

The point of all this

One account, three tills.

The farm shop, the brewery and the pub have never known that they share customers. A person can spend four hundred pounds a year across all three and be invisible to each of them, which is a strange way to run three businesses with the same name over the door.

Surveying is the fix, and Hoarding is the reason anybody would bother signing in for it. Earn in any of the three, spend in any of the three, and see the whole lot on one screen. It is not a clever idea. It is the obvious one, and nobody has built it.

At a glance

Four things worth knowing before you sign in.

Signing in

One account across all three businesses. No separate brewery login.

Nagging

Capped at four a week, and nothing between nine at night and eight in the morning.

Your data

Downloadable in one file, deletable in two taps.

Bushels

One hundred bushels is one pound off. They have no cash value and never will.

Wondering

What people actually ask about this screen.

The four questions the dashboard gets most.

No. Loitering is free and gets you the dashboard, the wallet, the badges and your parish. The paid tiers change the discount and the access windows, not what you can see about yourself.

Because the bonded warehouse files a return quarterly and we would rather show you a dated real number than a fresh invented one. The date is on the row.

Entirely, in one switch, and hiding it also removes you from everybody else’s. There is no half-out.

Nothing on this build takes payment anywhere. Every balance, holding and total on this page is illustrative.

Start with the free tier.

Loitering costs nothing, gets you all of this, and there is nothing to cancel.

Snooping, briefly.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your basket upright and to work out which pages people actually read. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, because that would be a rotten way to behave.
