What it is actually pointed at.
Barley grown on this farm goes out of the gate at a hundred and fifty to two hundred pounds a tonne. The same barley, brewed, is worth twenty to forty times that. This camera is pointed at the exact place where that happens.
Brew days are Tuesday and Thursday most weeks. On the other days the floor is being cleaned, which the camera also shows, because a brewery that is not being cleaned is a brewery about to have a bad month.
The lagering tanks are out of shot to the left. Nothing visible happens in them for four to six weeks, which is why they are out of shot.
