What it is actually pointed at.
Everything on that menu is British. Every ingredient, without exception, which is the whole proposition of the place and the reason there is no lemon in the gin and tonic.
The camera is directly over the pass, framed on the plates rather than the people. No faces are in shot at working height and no customer is ever in frame, which is a privacy decision taken before the bracket went up rather than after somebody complained.
Service runs Thursday to Sunday. Outside those hours the feed shows a stamped still of an empty pass, and the kitchen would rather you did not see what the pass looks like at eleven at night.
